What's where? Here's where everything will take place over the weekend. We recommend saving these to your phone or printing them out so you can find your way around. Paddock parking plan - cars that do not have assigned paddock parking will be in the main parking area. Maps of the record attempt may be found on the world record page. Parking Our first priority at this track event is your safety. Our goal is to park track drivers and their equipment as close as possible to the track and keep the central and back paddock areas open for Miata enthusiasts. Main parking area Due to the large number of cars, the main parking area will be as indicated on the overall site map. This will be used for all visitors, guests and Other Than Miata (OTM) parking. Paddock parking Due to limited space, we are restricting the paddock parking to certain groups. All vehicles entering the paddock must have a color-coded zone specific parking passes. We will have attendants to help guide you to your area and to help position your car. The proper orientation of your vehicle is important to making this all work, so please look at the paddock parking map to see how your car should be positioned and to give you an idea of where you will be. We will tow cars that are in the wrong area if necessary. Miata Clubs Members of the following clubs, not participating in the on-track driving activity, will be allowed into Zones 1, 2, and 9 on the paddock parking map. This is adjacent to the Mazda Fan Zone. Club members will receive their parking passes from their group leader at check-in. Zone 1: San Diego Miata Club, SAMOA, Locals club Zone 2: KINOD, SOCAL Miata club, Miata NW, CL Roadster Club, BRGs, Delta Club Zone 9: BAMA Sponsors/Vendors and Hot Lap Drivers Zones 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are for track and event related personnel. You will be assigned your zone and any extra passes required when you check in. Zone 3: Track Miatas without trailers or tow vehicles. Zone 4: Track Miatas with support vehicles (no trailers). If you have a trailer, you can unload here and then move your trailer to the trailer parking area outside the paddock. Your support vehicle must have a parking pass. Zone 5: Track Miatas towing small trailers. You can keep your trailers with the car. There are also a few Miatas with no trailers here. Zone 6: Track Miatas with enclosed trailers and support vehicles. These trailers can stay here. All enclosed trailers and support vehicles must have a parking pass. Open trailers must be stored a the trailer parking area unless they have been approved in advance. Zone 7: Event staff and instructors. Zone 8: Media and overflow parking.
