Driver registration

The BBQ will be held in the parking lot of the host hotel, the Embassy Suites in Monterey, on Friday night. There's no charge for drivers, but we do need to get an idea of the number of people who will be attending.

You won't be able to take part in the car show on the same day that you're running on track - unless you have more than one car. If you're only on the track one day, you can be in the car show the other day.

• Group A: open passing, no dive-bombing or taking away apexes
• Group B: same, but no passing in turns
• Group C: may pass on front straight,between corners 4 to 5, 5 to 6, 6 to corkscrew, 10 to 11 with mandatory point-by

If you don't have a number you want to use, we'll pick one for you. Only one car in each run group can use a number, but the same number can be used in different run groups - for example, if you have two drivers sharing the same car in two groups, the number can be the same.

You do not need to be signed up for the track on the day you take the school. However, if you do sign up for the school and the track on the same day, you will miss two or more of your track sessions. Sorry, there's no discounted rate for this situation.
